Myles Zero is a tailor-made online car subscription program designed for both retail customers and corporate entities, looking for interim car ownership, for their sales force, field staff, employee car plans and more. Unlike leasing and buying, subscription offers flexible tenure and hassle-free car ownership. The subscription comes at zero down payment and takes care of the maintenance, insurance, and other value-added services. At the end of the tenure, the car can be returned or swapped with a new one.
Myles Zero is currently available in Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, and Chennai.
Myles Zero car subscription starts at minimum 6 months and can be extended up to whatever time you want. It is a more flexible option compared to leasing, where the minimum lock-in period is 3 years. At the end of the subscription tenure, you can either return, renew or swap the car.

Under Myles Zero, multiple car models, variants and colors are available for both, brand new and less-driven cars. The latter is fully serviced and fine-tuned before it is handed over to you at the beginning of your subscription tenure.
The car will be registered with a white number plate. The tolls, parking charges, etc. will be similar to what you pay for privately-owned cars.
Along with all the standard accessories that the manufacturer provides as default, the model and variant chosen by you comes equipped with a centralized tracking system, for safety purposes. You can also check what accessories are provided with the car at the time of subscribing.
The cars can be used for regular travel purposes like the everyday commute, short trips, long drives, etc. However, using the car for speed racing, carrying large or hazardous things and transporting goods or people on a commercial basis, is not allowed.
At the time of subscribing, you can choose the kilometers bracket, depending on your average car usage. You can select a maximum up to 3000 Km per month. Kilometers driven beyond that bracket will be chargeable.
For a quicker delivery process, we have kept paperwork to minimal, to ensure that you receive your car within 10 days of subscribing to Myles Zero. In case, there are any changes in the schedule, you will be informed beforehand.
No, you don't need to pay any down payment to get the car.
The monthly subscription fee depends on the car category and subscription tenure. It is inclusive of insurance, maintenance charges and the cost of roadside assistance.
The payment date of the monthly fee is the date on which you subscribe to the car. Example – You take the 6 months subscription plan on the 20th Jan 2019. So, the 20th of every month will be considered as the payment day throughout your subscription tenure.
To ensure that car ownership via Myles Zero is smooth and hassle free, we take care of the car insurance (as well as the renewal). When you subscribe to a car, the insurance is already included in the subscription fee.
As with any privately-owned car, the user or the person driving the car will have to pay for the tolls, parking, inter-state taxes and fuel.
Basic documents required to complete the subscription process are:
  1. PAN card,
  2. Address proof (passport or Adhaar card) and
  3. the Driving license.
Upon receiving approval from Myles on subscription application. Following documents are to be submitted/ provided by Subscriber:
  1. An online agreement to be signed.
  2. One-month advance subscription rental as refundable security deposit.
  3. Standing instructions or NACH (auto debit form) to be provided to manage your monthly payments.
  4. Further, 6 PDC’s equivalent to the monthly subscription amount to be submitted, which shall have refunded at term end after adjusting any incidental expenses may arise during subscription period.
The pricing is based on the car category and subscription tenure selected by you. The longer you subscribe for, the lower the monthly subscription rate is.
If you return the car before the end of the subscription tenure, you will have to pay the subscription amount set for the tenure shorter than the one selected by you. Example – If you select the 18 months subscription plan and choose to return the car in the 13th month only, then you will be charged the subscription fee set for the 12 months plan.
The periodic maintenance cost is included in the subscription fee. For the maintenance and upkeep of the cars, you will be contacted for scheduled servicing as per your convenience.

In such cases, please notify Road Side Assistance on 1800 103 5079. You will be given the road-side and insurance assistance. Unless unavoidable, it is advisable that you don’t leave the scene of the accident until proper support has arrived. You may also be required to file or sign formality documents related to the accident.
Please ensure that you return the car in the same condition as you received it. Also, in case, any documents, equipment, keys, etc. are missing, you will be charged for the same.
